I have a unique patient communication experience, as I never worked in a single clinic.
And despite that, I have a great volume of patients talked to me
- during clinics visits
- at personal IOL selection counseling
- during online streams
- and at social media comments
What is unique here?
I have the vast majority of patients asking me after they visited an eye doctor, discussed something with a surgeon, or even after the surgery in case of post-surgical complications, or more often, missed expectations.
What unites these people?
What unites these people?
They are unhappy with the surgery or the counseling and trying to find a better clinic for their surgery. Why - because at the clinics they were counseled, the staff underestimated the value of personal previous vision experience and overestimated the value of our words "you will see well..."
So, how can this be addressed?
There are currently two approaches:
1. Consider exploring a specialized training program I offer, designed to enhance patient communication and counseling in clinics.
2. Keep an eye out for the upcoming launch of next-generation IOL-adviser.com. This platform is set to offer dedicated resources for private practices, aiming to refine patient communication and educational processes.
Stay tuned! :)
