A great missing opportunity to reduce anxiety and improve conversion is a video about the forthcoming procedure. It requires some work, but you can not imagine the influence your patients will have. Sure, it must be personalized, at least to the extent of the procedure.

It shall be tailor-made and part of your general communication strategy—it's the key to efficiency and success.
